Home Health Aides and CNAs
Elderberry Home Health believes there is a caregiver for everyone. Each patient has a customized care plan to fit their needs. Patients and families work closely with Elderberry representatives to formulate goals and plans, including hourly, split shifts, or live-in. Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing assistants provide basic needs, safety, and companionship. An HHA/CNA provides many services, such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care. Still, for the person who may be aging, elderly, sick, or suffering from an illness, the challenge can be overwhelming for them or their
family members. Our HHA/CNAs can ease the worry for the family and help the patient live independently and comfortably. An HHA/CNA can make a difference in the quality of living,
Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing assistant duties may include:
Assist with Daily Living care
(Bathing, dressing, Toileting, etc.)Assistance with mobility and transferring
Monitor safety and comfort
Meal preparation
Medication reminders and prescription pick-up
Escort to appointments or meetings
(Grocery shopping, hair appointments, etc.)Moving and lifting patients as required
Light Housekeeping
Run Errands
Play cards
HHA/CNA Provide care in:
