Home Health Aides and CNA's
Elderberry Home Health believes there is a caregiver for everyone. Each patient has a customized care plan to fit their needs. Patients and families work closely with Elderberry representatives for formulate goals and plans, including hourly, split shifts or live-in. Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistances provide the basic needs as well as safety and companionship. An HHA/CNA provide a vast range of services such as meal preparation, housekeeping, or personal care, but for the person who may be aging, elderly, sick or suffering from an illness, the challenge can be overwhelming for them or their
family members. Our HHA/CNA’s can ease the worry for the family and help the patient live independently and comfortably. An HHA/CNA can make a difference in the quality of living,
Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assist duties may include:
- Assist with Daily Living care
(Bathing, dressing, Toileting etc.) - Assistance with mobility and transferring
- Monitor safety and comfort
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders and prescription pick-up
- Escort to appointments or meetings
(Grocery shopping, hair appointments etc.) - Moving and lifting patients as required
- Light Housekeeping
- Run Errands
- Play cards
